chocolate is very milky and tasty thing but you might be shocked its also helps to lose your weight but don't take it in asses basically asses of any thing is bad so use only one or two for a day only

Boil eggs are also helpful for weight lose even many doctors allows take at least one egg in breakfast basically its full of proteins but don't be worried it not be caused for weight gain you can take one egg a day

Dry fruits also seems helpful for weight lose here we saw many examples they used dry fruits for few months and they got slim but this thing not happen every time many peoples used but there weight remain same so precaution is compulsory.

Many peoples thing that if we use alot of water it can be produced weight but its wrong even water is more helpful 10-plus glass of water its good for health and they save our body's from dehydration.

juice are good source of sugar but they are also good for weight lose you can use them without any worrying but try to use fruit's basically fruits are better then juice.
